AI & ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable ML solutions for business challenges.

• Implement real-time models and features with the team.

• Create automated, efficient processes for data analysis, model development, and deployment.

• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to build and deploy ML pipelines.

• Lead external ML contracts and R&D efforts to enhance sensitive ML capabilities.

• Conduct AI performance tests, analyze results, and refine algorithms.

• Document development processes and ensure adherence.

• Code in languages like R and Python, ensuring quality and collaboration.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in software development, ML, and data analysis.

• Proficient in Python, R, Java, C++, etc.

• Experienced with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related.
